8×8 Inc recently announced the launch of its 8×8 Customer Labs open beta program. The program is said to be an effective and result delivering way for engaging end users in discussing product direction, delivering feedback, estimating the usefulness of the new product features, and product administration at the pre-launch stages. Early access would be provided to 8×8 customers.
Customers will be able to provide 8×8 with immediate direction and feedback through the new program, which will help to expedite the following:
- Innovation: 8×8 will be able to innovate and improve products to best meet the needs of customers and users because of its customer-centric product development process.
- Out-of-the-box quality: Guarantying high-quality products from the release by working closely with 8×8 customers to identify and fix problems quickly.
- Platform evolution: A scalable system that supports user-centric workflows, configurable, targeted modules, third-party integrations, and micro front-end architecture is the result of direct, continuous feedback from customers.
