Force Marketing, a provider of marketing solutions for the Automotive Industry, has introduced its Customer Data Platform called Audience IQ at NADA Show 2023, a key auto industry trade show from 26th to 29th January at Dallas Texas, with the aim of enhancing customer experience and ROI for auto dealer groups.
Force Holdings, the parent company of Force Marketing, was established in 2006. The new platform “Audience IQ” has four main products: CTV dynamic video technology DRIVE, RECAPTURE for reconnecting lost shoppers, ATOM for retention and reactivation, and Equity+ for equity data mining. These tools collect, clean, manage, and analyze customer data to give an all-encompassing view of customer behavior, preferences, and interactions with dealerships. The platform initiates personalized messaging and tracks all marketing KPIs, lead conversions, and in-store visits, offering complete end-to-end attribution for every marketing dollar invested by clients. This enables the Force Marketing team to promptly assess performance and make optimizations to help dealerships further boost sales and service return on ad spend (ROAS).
