BC Partners, a leading international investment firm has agreed to acquire majority stakes in Madison Logic, the global leader of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platform from Clarion Capital Partners (Clarion). Other stakeholders, in addition to Clarion, will hold ownership stakes in Madison Logic and continue to support the company in collaboration with BC Partners, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Headquartered in New York, United States, Madison Logic provides a sophisticated multi-channel ABM media activation and measurement platform that helps B2B organizations in designing and creating compelling campaign strategies and effectively engaging with the accounts across their journey. The company’s ABM platform delivers value to its customers by understanding the buyers requirements and helping organizations achieve new customer acquisition, opportunity acceleration, customer retention, and customer expansion.
Madison Logic has gained substantial market share over the years with the help of Clarion, fuelled by a targeted go-to-market strategy, technological investments and more. This acquisition with BC Partners will help Madison Logic to continue to provide out-of-the-box services to its clients while also accelerating its growth trajectory through increased technology platform capabilities and service delivery, as well as expanding functionalities in new industry verticals, geographies, and advertising.
