Mitel’s recently announced that it has entered exclusive negotiations with Atos for the acquisition of Unify, one of the group’s Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) and Communication & Collaboration Services (CCS) businesses of the Atos group.
A global leader in business communications with headquarters in Ottawa, Canada, Mitel powers more than two billion business connections with its cloud, enterprise, and next-generation collaboration software. Through its MiVoice business solution, the company provides organizations with communication, collaboration, and customer experience solutions.
